Apple makes it easy to share your activity with other Apple Watch users, but difficult otherwise—the easiest way being to take and send a screenshot.
I wanted an automatic way to share my fitness data with others—in real-time. I always thought this was impossible until I began experimenting with iOS shortcuts. Apple allows you to access the last synced values of your Apple Watch rings (Move, Activity, and Stand) along with sending & receiving HTTP requests. With the help of iOS automations we can schedule this to run automatically—allow for the creation of a semi real-time display of my fitness data:
